Argyll and Bute Council is seeking to procure Unconscious Bias training courses for employees to be delivered online via Microsoft Teams. The aim of the training is to increase awareness of potentially harmful biases which in turn affects attitudes, behaviours, and relationships within the workplace. Lot 1: The successful vendor will require to provide this training online via Microsoft Teams, for up to 12 employees at a time. Each training session is to be delivered within half of a working day to participants. Argyll and Bute Council are looking to offer 6 training session over the course of the agreed contract period.
