Description

The Cornwall College Group are seeking quotes from suitably qualified contractors capable of carrying out the supply and installation of the following project. Upgrade of the current lighting in the Duchy College Stoke Climsland residential accommodation to LED (to include emergency lighting) in all communal areas. All quotations must include a lighting design (to be separately approved by Cornwall College) and contractors must be capable of undertaking all the associated supply and installation works as part of the contract. The works must conform to BS5266-1:2016. All light fittings must be Collingwood to maintain uniformity within the building. Plans 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are floor areas for the relevant buildings. The yellow areas are circulation spaces such as corridors and require a lux level of 100 with uniformity 0.4. The orange areas are atria and require a lux level of 200 with uniformity 0.4.
