Description

Ocean Space Centre (OSC) shall be located at Tyholt in Trondheim, Norway. The Centre shall contain research and higher education institutions operating under one roof, seamlessly integrating basic and applied research areas in marine engineering and life sciences. Once completed, OSC shall consist of a unique selection of laboratories with simple and robust student laboratories, highly advanced laboratories for basic research, some of the world's largest hydrodynamic laboratories for large-scale and industrial research, and full-scale field laboratories in the fjord and marine areas outside Trondheim. All this combined with advanced computational and numerical facilities. The new laboratories shall replace the existing facilities currently located at Tyholt in Trondheim. Lot 1: The rig area between the ocean basin and the rough sea ocean basin consists of three trim docks. The Ocean Basin (OB) is equipped with a trim docking comprising the following gate: Trim docking OB with one automatic gate. The tentative measurement is width 3.0, height 4.0 m with a control cabinet. The Rough Sea Basin (SMB) is equipped with two trim docks that include the following gates: Trim docking 1 (middle of SMB) with one automatic gate. The preliminary measurement is Width 2.0 x Height 2.4 m with a control cabinet. Trim docking (closest to the sink wall) with one automatic gate. The measurement is Width 6.0 x Height 2.4 m with a control cabinet.
