Outsourcing of Star Salford Academy’s Leisure Facilities
Published
Description
Star Academies (Star) are looking to procure a preferred supplier for the outsourcing of Star Salford Academy’s leisure facilities. Star Salford is a newly built free school with brand new facilities. The provider will be responsible for the full running, security and utilisation of these facilities, but will work with the school to ensure its financial viability for both parties. This procurement also reserves the right for the preferred supplier to provide similar services for a new Star free school, Olive Manchester, which is due to open September 2024. Lot 1: This will be a two stage formal tender process with the intention of creating a contract with a single supplier. A process timetable can be found further below in this document.Stage 1 – Initial written ITT responses based on the specification, tender documentation and bidder day/site visit.Stage 2 (if required) – Up to the top three bidders may be selected to progress to presentations where they would pitch their bids in more detail. Clarification questions may be given to these suppliers which are to be answered during the presentations. Final evaluation and selection would then be completed on the back of these presentations.
