Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council’s Learning and Development team, HR and OD Department, wishes to engage the services of competent persons/organisations to provide refresher training to Officers, new staff training, and assist with the learning and development of their employees. The Council is therefore seeking to appoint a framework of providers who can be called upon to run courses on a primarily face-to-face basis, at Council facilities across the Borough. It is intended that this training framework will consist of primarily health and safety and equipment refresher and full training programmes, with the intent of a second procurement exercise to follow in the near future to cover training for soft skills and IT based training.
