This Prior Information Notice (PIN) announces the Contracting Authority's intention to establish a Heating, Electrical, and Decarbonisation Framework. This framework will replace the current provision and will cover a wide range of services related to Heating, Electrical systems, Retrofit and Decarbonisation within the public sector. The expected tender release date is mid-November 2024. The Framework will be divided into six lots, enabling the selection of CPV codes, regions, and financial capacity criteria. As a framework agreement, the expected expenditure is set at 1GBP, with a maximum capacity of 90 million GBP. All public sector bodies listed in the latest classification guide by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) will have access to the Framework. This includes government departments, local authorities, educational institutions, healthcare organisations, and other public sector entities covered by the ONS classification.
