Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) Service for Spring and Summer Service Campaigns 2021 on DanTysk Sandbank Offshore Wind farm

Provision of the CTV for spring summer maintenance campaign of the DanTysk Sandbank Offshore Wind Farm. Lot 1: This tender procedure contains one lot. The goal of this tender is to enter into a contract with one party providing (Lot 1 of the tender).: Suitable access and availability of the CTV to allow: A. Crew Transfer service by CTV between Esbjerg Harbour and Accommodation Platform at DanTysk, Sandbank Offshore Wind Farms. B. Transfer of technicians to turbines of DanTysk, Sandbank Offshore Wind Farms for servicing and troubleshooting of the wind turbines. Expectation is that CTV will be available for 24 hours a day including public holidays. Expected commencement date of the contract is 1 March 2021 with 4 month duration and option to extend 3 times by 1 month. All candidates that pass selection phase will be invited to tender. Expectation is that supplier will provide commercial offers for vessel indicated as potential selection phase based on the defined terms in BIMCO WINDTIME-DTSB CTVs (The Contract) — copy of the documents can be found on registration page. This contract will be reflecting requirements that are commonly acceptable on the market. Offers submitted in this phase will be the only offer that Vattenfall will ask for (best and final offer). The contract will be awarded only based on this ‘best and final single offer’ in accordance with award criteria state in PQQ Guide — Annex B. Vattenfall expect that commercial offers will reflect all risk and obligations requested in the contract. Due to limited time there will be no negotiations of terms and conditions of the contract so only offers that accepts fully terms and condition of proposed contract will be evaluated.
