Zur Umsetzung einer systemseitigen Überwachung von Mitarbeitergeschäften im Rahmen der Einhaltung der EU-Marktmissbrauchsverordnung MAR ist die Auftraggeberin auf die Lieferung von tagesaktuellen Wertpapiergat-tungsdaten angewiesen. Der Auftragnehmer (AN) muss die unter Ziffer 3 der Leistungsbeschreibung aufgeführten Daten der KfW zur weiteren Verwendung zur Verfügung stellen. Der AN muss die Lieferung mindestens einmal monatlich als Full-Load und täglich als Delta-Load ausführen. Im System sind vier Mandanten (KfW, KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH, KfW Capital GmbH & Co. KG und DEG - Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH) angeschlossen. In den vergangenen 12 Monaten wurden ca. 39.000 Transaktionen mit insgesamt ca. 3.500 verschiedenen ISINs im Prüfsystem verarbeitet. ´ Die Datenlieferung erfolgt ausschließlich nach 60325 Frankfurt.
