Description

North Hertfordshire Council (the Council) is embarking on an ambitious project to improve the customer experience in all of its car parks and will be installing new upgraded parking payment machines over an 18 to 24 month period. The new machines are capable of providing cash, card payments, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Google Pay, QR code payments, and tap in and tap out options.

As a consequence, the Council is looking for a supplier for a 5 year period to supply and install new signs and tariff boards, remove existing signs and tariff boards, and maintain the new signage across all car parks to make it clear to customers about all of the new requirements, including but not limited to, the available payment options.
