Lot 1: Softwareentwicklungsleistungen zur Neuentwicklung des Frontends und der Prozesslogik der SDV DB sowie die damit verbundenen Strukturanpassung des Backends und anschließender Pflege Die zu erbringende Leistung besteht aus der Erstellung eines Datenbank-Frontends mittels anerkannter, browserbasierter Open Source Technologie (HTML5/Javascript/CSS-Techniken und Java als Prozesslogik), aus der notwendigen Strukturanpassung und Datenmigration des darunterliegenden Informix-SQL-Backends sowie der nachfolgenden Systembetreuung der neu geschaffenen Lösung. Die Entwicklung soll mittels agiler Entwicklungstechniken erfolgen, dabei ist SCRUM anzuwenden, wobei der Product Owner von der Auftraggeberin gestellt wird. Nach der Abnahme des neuen Datenbank-Frontends sind Pflege- und Serviceleistungen für einen Zeitraum von mindestens zwei Jahren durchzuführen
