Repair and maintenance services

Description

The aim of this framework agreement is to strengthen the Norwegian Defence's operative ability and stand-by through an increased capacity for logistical support, by giving the Norwegian Defence access to maintenance capacity, facilities and technical support in times of peace, crisis, conflict and war, in Mid-Norway. The Norwegian Defence needs maintenance services for military material in the region. This includes the provision of logistical services to Norwegian and foreign forces, cooperation with other actors within logistics and participation in exercises with Norwegian and foreign forces. The following will be required: — Knowledge of military material, including track vehicles, small vehicles, aggregates and others. — Tenderers must be able to cooperate with the Norwegian Defence's workshop organisation for the maintenance of weapons, electro, optical and communication material. — Appropriate infrastructure must be available, with the accompanying lifting capacity for the maintenance of heavy military material, such as armoured material, CV90, tanks and artillery. — Sufficient area must be available for the storage of military material. — AQAP 2110 certification must be in place one year after the contract has been signed. — A suitable inside/outside area must be available for renting to forces on exercises. — Tenderers must have a maintenance centre that can support military departments in times of crisis, conflict and war on a 24 hour basis (24/7). The following shall be carried out as agreed. — Be able to set up and manage a mobile maintenance unit, as well as receive the same. — Knowledge of the military maintenance and supply system. — Have contact/a contract with military maintenance installations as a source for spare parts, technical documentation, taking care of historical data and special tools. — Have resources to take part in the development of the Norwegian Defence's logistical systems in Mid-Norway. — The manager and key personnel must be security cleared to level Secret. — Be able to be a part of the Norwegian Defence's forces structure (S-structure). The framework agreement will be valid for 7-seven- years.
