Vertragsgegenstand ist die Organisation und die Durchführungen der Seminare ?Schulung zur ehrenamtlichen Wohnberaterin oder zum ehrenamtlichen Wohnberater?. In Bayern gibt es bereits eine Reihe von Wohnberatungsangeboten, allerdings ist noch kein flächendeckendes Netz vorhanden. Im Rahmen der Richtlinie Selbstbestimmt Leben im Alter (SeLA) wird der Aufbau von Wohnberatungsstellen mit bis zu 40.000 Euro über maximal zwei Jahre gefördert. Voraussetzung für diese Förderung ist u.a., dass die Wohnberatung mit Unterstützung von qualifizierten ehrenamtlichen Wohnberaterinnen und Wohnberatern, die im Umfang von rund 40 Unterrichtsstunden geschult sind, durchgeführt wird. Das StMAS möchte die erforderlichen Schulungen kostenlos anbieten, um den Aufbau von Wohnberatungsstellen ? neben der Förderung ? weiter zu unterstützen.
