Kent County Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme. The HAF programme aims to provide healthy food and enriching activities for children and young people during school holidays. The DPS will be divided into geographical lots covering North, East, South, and West Kent, with opportunities for providers to bid for specific districts or parishes. The programme targets children aged 4-16 who are eligible for benefits-related Free School Meals (FSM).
