The services shall consist of Creative Campaign Services including: Provide integrated communications solutions to achieve campaign objectives; Provide strategic planning, evidence-based and creative recommendations to support the CCPC and its objectives; Work with the in-house communications team and other CCPC suppliers, in particular the media buy agency, to agree on suitable media for each campaign or activity based on briefs; 20 Design, develop, copywrite and produce concepts, content and materials across multiple media platforms to support advertising and public awareness activities of the CCPC; Pre-test concepts and proposed communications solutions where required; Produce design requirements, including revising or creating new materials and creating imagery, collateral, videos as required Provide detailed budget breakdown for all elements of creative projects prior to commencement of any design or production work; Provide CCPC with periodical, timely, accurate reporting of work in progress and budgeting; Provide a detailed evaluation of the effectiveness of the creative services and Agency input to any campaign following completion to include learnings and recommendations for any future activity; and Keep the CCPC updated on latest innovations in creative advertising options and channels.
