Description

A key goal of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) is to support our citizens at home and abroad. The Department intends to develop a new Diaspora Strategy to be launched in Q2 of 2026. The Department wishes to engage external assistance in order to deliver the strategy in this timeframe. This will include the following requirements (see RFT for details): • Develop a comprehensive online questionnaire to gather the views of the diaspora. • Report on the outcome of the online consultation Undertake a desk top review • Engage with the IAU team on drafting the new strategy.
