Forsvarsministeriets Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelse (FMI) udbyder én rammeaftale vedrørende indkøb og vedligeholdelse af forskellige typer dieselgaffeltrucks, el-gaffeltrucks, håndløftevogne, palletrucks, gaffelstablere og reachtrucks til Forsvaret og øvrige enheder under Forsvarsministeriet (herefter Forsvaret).Forsvaret har behov for forskellige typer af dieselgaffeltrucks, el-gaffeltrucks, håndløftevogne, palletrucks, gaffelstablere og reachtrucks til håndtering af gods i forskellig størrelse og form. Maskinerne anvendes på depoter, kaserner, flåde- og flyvestationer, der er beliggende i Danmark, herunder på ikke-brofaste øer (primært Bornholm) og Færøerne. En del depoter ligger langt fra befærdede veje og bebyggelser, men de er tilgængelige via fastbanet vej med almindelig bil eller varevogn. Se yderligere i pkt. II.2.4) nedenfor
