Letting services of short-stay furnished accommodation

Description

The contracting authority has entered into a framework agreement for delivery of temporary housing (overnight stays) according o the Social Services in Work and Welfare Management Act, Section 27. The contracting authority is the business Fredrikstad Municipality c/o the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Organisation. A comprehensive description of the contract is given in the annexes to the tender documentation. To meet the need, the contracting authority wants to enter into framework agreements for overnighting places both for single adults and families, where the contracting authority has responsibility for offering temporary housing. Temporary housing will be provided in emergency situations. The stay will be limited in time while we work on finding a more permanent housing. Overnight accommodation in this context means businesses that rent out rooms and/or housing units on a 24-hour basis, when the property is regulated for this purpose. Fredrikstad Municipality wants to enter into framework agreements for a total of seven places. Of these seven places, two of the places must be suited to housing families (group 2). The procurement is divided into two groups: Group 1 — homeless persons; Group 2 — homeless families. A comprehensive description of the contract is given in the annexes to the tender documentation.
