Description

The University of Gloucestershire is embarking on a programme of work to establish a roadmap for migration to a Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model for key University business systems. The systems that are in scope for this opportunity are: HR and Payroll Web Recruitment Finance and Planning Web Payments and Income Management System requirements have been gathered, and the next stage of the programme involves looking to identify strategic options, in terms of software suppliers, using the Digital Marketplace. The University of Gloucestershire SaaS programme of work must move at speed. The University expect the initial contracting period to be for 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 7 years. The contract start date(s) will be determined by the current supplier roadmaps, which fall into the date range December 2024 - December 2026. The University will retain the right to terminate the contract, at any stage, with at least 12 months' notice. Further details are contained in the online tender package.
