The object of the present tender is to request a quotation for the design and construction for the French pavilion on Prowein in Dusseldorf, Germany in 2024 (March 10-12), in 2025 & 2026 and possibly in 2027. The bidder should propose a design with the most adequate technical solutions and materials for building the pavilion, and the most environment-friendly solutions at the best price. The price per sqm must include: Design and transfer of related intellectual property rights, Production, Transportation, Construction (build-up and dismantling), Maintenance during the trade show, Cleaning at the end of build-up, and dismantling , Maintenance & Storage between trade shows of the custom made and standard elements specially built for Business France, The relevant insurances.
