Rammeaftalen vedrørte indkøb af busser over 7.500 kg. samt tilhørende bagagetrailere. Endvidere vedrørte aftalen indkøb af tilhørende support, service og vedligehold. Aftalen omfattede et initialkøb på 30 busser samt reservedele og tilbehør. Leveringsfristen for initialkøbet var 31.12.2023. Herefter forventede FMI primært at anvende Aftalen til indkøb af Reservedele og Tjenesteydelser, idet FMI dog forventede, men ikke var forpligtet til, at købe yderligere 4 busser. FMI havde i appendiks A specificeret et repræsentativt udsnit af reservedele og tilbehør, som forventedes at blive anskaffet under aftalen. FMI ønskede dog med aftalen også at kunne købe andre reservedele og tilbehør, der måtte blive nødvendige i aftalens løbetid. Lot 1: Der henvises til pkt. II.1.4) for en nærmere beskrivelse af anskaffelsen. .
