På hver af rammeaftalerne indgås aftale med én leverandør. Rammeaftalerne er eksklusive. Rammeaftale 1: Grødeskæring med hånd/manuelt i ca. 221 km vandløb. Rammeaftale 2: Grødeskæring med mejekurv i ca. 110 km vandløb. Rammeaftale 3: Grødeskæring med grødeskærebåd i ca. 51 km. vandløb.
