Homelessness - Supported Accomodation Service

Description

The Council are looking to notify the market of a future contract opportunity for the provision of Support within a Supported Accommodation Service for South Lanarkshire Council (the Council). Lot 1: The Provider will be required to manage Supported Accommodation for homeless households within a new modular village location in Rutherglen, South Lanarkshire. The Project will be expected to meet the accommodation and support needs of households referred to this service. The service will assist the Council to meet their statutory accommodation and support duties to homeless individuals with the most complex needs and who may be excluded from all other accommodation. The Council is anticipating publishing an Invitation to Tender using the Open procurement process, in April 2025. The Council will make the final decision on the content of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation, having considered the responses received to the Questionnaire and expects to publish the ITT as soon as possible. The ITT will be released to the market as soon as practical after receipt of potential bidder(s) comments on this Market Engagement. The ITT will include the final specification, pricing schedule, evaluation criteria and terms and conditions. The ITT process will include the publication of an OJEU Contract notice, and the ITT documents will be published on PCS-Tender.
