Chime is seeking proposals for the design and refurbishment of our premises at North Frederick Street in Dublin 1. The unit is a high street unit of approximately 5,000 square feet over a ground and first floor. It has access both through the high street entrance and a side door which is accessible via a side road. Chime owns this premises and has operated out of it for over 30 years. Not all areas of the building are in need of refurbishment. The key elements of the project are as follows: Design of the layout to take account of existing use and implement key improvements. The key improvements are: Improved meeting rooms and spaces; Improved and consolidated canteen spaces; Construction of a second audiology room and testing booth; Improved hot desk facilities; Improved accessibility.
