Containeranlage Interimsküche - Sanierung Zentralküche

Im Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf ist neben dem Bestandsgebäude 17.21 Versorgungszentrum eine provisorische Interimsküche zu errichten. Ein wesentlicher Teil wird aus Containermodulen errichtet. Ein Gelenkbauwerk zwischen Bestandsgebäude und Containermodulen wird als Holzbauwerk errichtet. Das Containerbauwerk ist mit den für die Nutzung als Regenerierküche erforderlichen Einrichtungen auszustatten und funktionsfähig zu errichten, zu betreiben und nach einer Nutzungsdauer von schätzungsweise 18 Monaten wieder zurück zu bauen. Die Containermodule werden für den Nutzungszeitraum gemietet. Der Betrieb, die Wartung und Instandsetzung sowie der Rückbau bleiben Aufgaben der Vermieterin.
