Description

On behalf of SCCL, CPP is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework for the supply of Aids for Daily Living and a Community Equipment Service. The framework will offer a comprehensive and wide range of suppliers and different products and services providing participating authorities and service users with flexibility and choice in meeting specific needs and requirements. Participating authorities will have the option to procure products and or services on an ad hoc basis or through more regular and structured bulk purchase arrangements. Lot 2: Static Commode This Lot is for the supply of a chair with arms and back, a cut out seat for toileting and a removable pot. Cannot be used in a shower. Lot 3: Wheeled Commode This Lot is for the supply of wheeled commodes which can be cleaned with standard and chlorine-based products. Not all parts can be removed and changed. Lot 4: Bariatric Static Commode This Lot is for the supply of Bariatric Static Commode is an adjustable or fixed height chair with arms and back, a cut out seat for toileting and a removable pot. Dimensions to allow for use with patients of a larger size. Safe working load of 175kg or more. Lot 5: Bariatric Wheeled Commode This Lot is for the supply of Bariatric Wheeled Commode which can be cleaned with standard and chlorine-based products and withstand a patient weight of over 175kg. Not all parts can be removed and changed. Cannot be used in a shower. Lot 6: Shower Chair This Lot is for the supply of Shower Chairs which can be used by a user to sit on whilst having a shower Lot 7: Bariatric Shower Chair This Lot is for the supply of Bariatric Shower Chairs can be used by a user to sit on whilst having a shower. Lot 8: Modular Shower Chair/Commode This Lot is for the supply of Modular Shower Chair/Commode A wheeled commode which can be used in a shower. Lot 9: Non-Modular Wheeled Shower Chair/Commode This Lot is for the supply of Non-Modular Wheeled Shower Chair/Commode which can be used in a shower. Lot 10: Tilt in Space Shower Chair/Commode This Lot is for the supply of Tilt in Space Shower Chair/Commode which can be used in a shower with a tilting functionality Lot 11: Bariatric Modular Shower Chair/Commode This Lot is for the supply of Bariatric Modular Shower Chair/Commode which can be used in a shower Lot 12: Bariatric Non-modular Wheeled Shower Chair/Commode This Lot is for the supply of Bariatric Non-modular Wheeled Shower Chair/Commodes which can be used in a shower. Lot 13: Bariatric Tilt in Space Shower Chair/Commode This Lot is for the supply of Bariatric Tilt in Space Shower Chair/Commodes commode which can be used in a shower with a tilting functionality. Lot 14: Bathing Aids This Lot is for the supply of Bathing Aids Lot 15: Toileting Aids This Lot is for the supply of Toileting Aids Lot 16: Bedroom Aids This Lot is for the supply of Bedroom Aids Lot 17: Home Furniture This Lot is for the supply of Home Furniture, Furniture Raisers, Perching stool, Bariatric perching stool, Step stool, Overbed table. Lot 18: External accessibility This Lot is for the supply of External accessibility products, Portable ramp and Outdoor temporary step. Lot 19: Spare Parts and Accessories This Lot is for the supply of Spare Parts and Accessories Lot 20: Crutch Double Adjustable Crutch Double Adjustable Walking aid adjustable in two places with a standard straight handle. Lot 21: Crutch Axilla This Lot is for the supply of Axilla Crutchs Adjustable walking aid with a padded top, which sits between the chest wall and humerus. Lot 22: Crutch Bariatric This Lot is for the supply of Bariatric Crutch's Adjustable walking aid with a handle, elbow cuff Lot 23: Crutch Paediatric This Lot is for the supply of Paediatric Crutch's Adjustable walking aid with a handle, elbow cuff and replaceable parts. Lot 24: Crutch with Forearm Support This Lot is for the supply of Crutch with Forearm Support Adjustable walking aid with a forearm pad and handle. Lot 25: Rollator This Lot is for the supply of Rollators Walking frame with wheels to support a user to walk independently. Lot 26: Indoor Trolley This Lot is for the supply of Indoor Trolleys Lot 27: Walking Frame with Forearm Support This Lot is for the supply of Walking Frame with Forearm Support A frame with support to allow a user to lean on their forearms allowing the user to mobilise Lot 28: Paediatric Posture Walker This Lot is for the supply of Paediatric Posture Walker 4 wheeled walker enclosed at the back and an open front for used by paediatric patients indoors and outdoors. Lot 29: Walking Frame Standard This Lot is for the supply of Walking Frame Standard with and without wheels Lot 30: Walking Frame Paediatric This Lot is for the supply of Walking Frame Paediatric with and without wheels. Lot 31: Walking Frame Bariatric This Lot is for the supply of Walking Frame Bariatric with and without wheels Lot 32: Walking Stick Bariatric This Lot is for the supply of Walking Stick Bariatric Lot 33: Walking Stick Wooden This Lot is for the supply of Walking Stick Wooden Lot 34: Walking Stick Aluminium This Lot is for the supply of Walking Stick Aluminium Lot 35: Home Aids This Lot is for the supply of Home Aids Lot 36: Community Equipment Service Community equipment provides an aid to independent living for individuals who are less mobile or need assistance. Services provided will need to adhere to and be consistent with all approved care pathways and models of care relevant to each participating authority. Service requirements included in the scope of Lot 36 are expected to include the following main areas of delivery which are outlined as a general guide recognising that each participating authority will determine their own specific service requirements when making a call off from the framework: a) Provision of Equipment. b) Storage. c) Delivery and Collection. d) Servicing, Repairs and Maintenance. e) Decontamination. f) IT Systems and Administration; and g) Communication and Marketing.
