We have entered into contracts for 24-hour health and welfare offer for children/youths with special needs. Two of the contracts also include the procurement of a guidelines service for relatives and relevant cooperation authorities. The users often have compound and serious diagnoses within psychiatry, disabilities and are on the autism spectrum. They need an offer in a residence with 24-hour health and welfare services. The users are of both genders and under 18 years. In addition to 24-hour health and welfare services for children and youths, category 1 also includes the procurement of hourly based services for the user group. This will be relevant at the start-up and/or the return to the municipality. Guidelines service for relatives and relevant cooperation authorities for individual users living at home with challenging behaviour. The scope, time perspective and content of the guidelines can vary, but will be related to the users' challenges.
