Transformerstationerne skal opføres i Cerius-Radius' forsyningsområde øst for Storebælt. Transformerstationer skal opføres på Turnkey lignende forhold. Tilbudsgiver får et matrikkelnummer, og overtager derefter det fulde ansvar for bygning af transformerstationen, inkl. myndighedsbehandling og køb af materialer.
