Provide lessons learnt for Leeds City Bikes Review available user feedback Identify the future scenarios of the scheme Outputs: A business plan from August 2028 until March 28 Lot 96306: Leeds City Bikes Commercial Model Review WYCA would like to procure consultant support to review the Commercial Model of the Leeds City Bikes with an output of a new Business Plan for the project from August 2024 until March 2028.
