Die Grundschule Dachau Ost wird erweitert und umgebaut. Zunächst werden drei Gebäudeteile rückgebaut. An deren Stelle wird ein viergeschossiger Schulerweiterungsbau errichtet. Nach Fertigstellung des Erweiterungsbaus werden die verbleibenden Bestandsgebäude umgebaut und mit einem eingeschossigen Gebäude verbunden. Lot 1: Errichtung einer behindertengerechten Personenaufzugsanlage Personenaufzug: Nutzlast 630 kg, 8 Personen, elektrisch betriebener Seilaufzug ohne Maschinenraum nach DIN 18 385 Ausführung nach EN 81-20/50, EN 81-70, Austritt 2-seitig (Durchladefunktion) Förderhöhe 11,85 m, 6 Haltestellen (EG – 3.OG) Ausführung der Kabine: Etagentaster in Portal integriert; Portale und Türen in Edelstahl Schachtentrauchung über Be- und Entlüftung des Aufzugsschachts (Wanddurchbruch in obersten Haltestation) Digitales Fernnotruf – und Diagnosesystem. Zur Notrufweiterleitung nach EN 8 1-28, an die ständig (24/7) besetzte Servicezentrale des Auftragnehmers. Incl. Baustelleneinrichtung, Werks- und Montageplanung, Inbetriebnahme und Einweisung, Bestandsunterlagen und Dokumentation sowie einen Wartungsvertrag über 4 Jahre.
