Description

Aspire Housing (Aspire) is seeking to procure a panel of Maintenance Service providers to support them in delivering their maintenance and repairs. Suppliers that meet the criteria will be appointed to this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) and may subsequently be invited to bid for work by Aspire, including Durata. This procurement exercise is inviting applications from all interested suppliers who meet the criteria set out in this document. Lot 1: 1. Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance Gardening and ground maintenance.To include but not limited to:• Grass Cutting• Hedge Cutting• Shrub and Bed Maintenance • Weed and Pest Control• Litter Collection• Debris Cleaning• Seasonal Cleanup and Maintenance• Commercial Cleaning• Playgrounds (Maintenance and Repair)• Gritting Lot 2: 2. Damp Surveys & Remediation Surveys Provision of Damp Surveys and/or Remediation Surveys.To include, but not limited to:• Consultation services and survey reports on penetrating and rising damp• Condensation• Black Mould • Wet & Dry Rot• Woodworm Lot 3: 3. Portable Appliance Testing Establish the safety and suitability of electrical appliance by carrying out a visual inspection of the appliance. For Class I electrical equipment inject test signals into the cable and appliance to ensure their integrity. Lot 4: 4. Legionella Legionella services aimed at preventing, controlling, and managing Legionella bacteria in various settings, particularly in water systems. Services include:• Risk Assessments• Water Sampling and Testing• Water Treatment and Management• Compliance and Regulation• Training and Education Lot 5: 5. Fire Risk Assessment Fire risk assessment services to assess the potential fire hazards, evaluate the existing fire safety measures, and recommend necessary actions to mitigate the risk of fire.Services include:• Hazard Identification• Fire Safety Measures• Building Structure and Compartmentation• Emergency Planning and Procedures• Risk Evaluation• Recommendations and Mitigation Measures• Documentation Lot 6: 6. Fleet Company Cars/Commercial Vehicles Fleet company car services aimed at managing and maintaining the company's vehicles efficiently. Services will cover fleet operations, maintenance, administration, and optimization. Building Materials Building materials services related to the supply, distribution, and management of materials used in construction and building projects. Communal Aerial Services Communal aerial services to provide and maintain television reception systems that serve multiple households or properties within a shared building or community. CCTV Services CCTV services including the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of surveillance camera systems for various purposes, including security, safety, and surveillance. Utilities Utilities services provided to homes, communal areas, and other Aspire establishments to ensure the delivery of basic necessities and infrastructure. Generator Services Generator maintenance services to ensure the proper functioning, reliability, and longevity of a generator. Laundry Equipment Laundry equipment services including the installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of laundry equipment in Aspire premises. Services include:• Installation• Preventative Maintenance• Repairs and Troubleshooting• Emergency Services• Equipment Upgrades• Parts and Supplies Lot 16: 16. Corporate Clothing and PPE Corporate clothing with the appropriate aspire logos, colours, or designs to promote brand identity and create a cohesive professional image. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) services relating to the provision, maintenance, and management of protective equipment worn by workers to mitigate workplace hazards and ensure their safety. Lot 17: 17. Drainage and Sewage Drainage and sewage services relating to the management, maintenance, and disposal of wastewater and sewage systems. Services include:• Sewer System Maintenance• Septic Tank Maintenance and Pumping• Drain Cleaning and Unblocking• Sewage Treatment and Disposal• Emergency Response and Cleanup Lot 18: 18. Tree Works Tree Works includes a range of services related to tree maintenance and management.
