Die Ladeinfrastruktur für Omnibusse soll bei den Völklinger Verkehrsbetrieben um 15 weitere Ladepunkte erweitert werden Lot 1: Die Völklinger Verkehrsbetriebe GmbH (kurz: VVB) ist Mitglied im saarländischen Verkehrsverbund und mit über 80 Mitarbeitenden sowie über 35 Bussen das kleinste kommunale Nahverkehrsunternehmen des Saarlandes. Die VVB beschafft für die Jahre 2024 und 2025 insgesamt 15 weitere batterieelektrische Busse ( 12 Solobusse, 2 Gelenkbusse und ein Kleinbus). Für die Sicherstellung des Betriebsablaufs werden hierzu 15 weitere Ladepunkte benötigt.
