Lot 1: The purpose of this notice is to inform the market that Torbay Council intend to direct award a contract for landscape architectural services for RIBA stages 4-6 for the Paignton and Preston Flood Alleviation Scheme. The architect was originally appointed to the scheme via a competitive tender exercise in 2021.
