Description

The ECB looked for provider(s) to perform the following services for online competency testing under three lots: (i) the provision of an online testing platform in a live remote proctored environment (lot 1); (ii) the provision of test content for psychometric tests (lot 2); (iii) support to develop ECBs own test content (lot 3). Lot 1: Lot 1 – Online Testing Platform with Live Remote Proctoring The provision of an online testing platform with live remote proctoring (lot 1): covers the delivery of computer-based tests through an online platform and the scheduling and performance of live remote proctoring of candidates taking the tests. These services also encompass reliable support service, adequate training for the ECB staff and comprehensive statistical information on tested candidates. The total value of the procurement and the contracts indicated in this contract award notice are indicative non-binding spending estimates at the time of contract award. The actual value of the contracts may differ and will be determined by actual business needs. Lot 2: Lot 2 – Test Content for Psychometric Tests Covers the provision of a bank of items for three types of psychometric tests (numerical, verbal and abstract reasoning) in English. The total value of the procurement and the contracts indicated in this contract award notice are indicative non-binding spending estimates at the time of contract award. The actual value of the contracts may differ and will be determined by actual business needs. Lot 3: Lot 3 – Consultancy Services to Develop Test Items Support and consultancy services to develop ECBs own test content to create different pools of testing items for the ECB, upon request. This lot was in the end not awarded.
