Description

The service will deliver drug and alcohol support to rough sleepers, and those identified as being at risk of rough sleeping. Lot 1: The service comprises a number of dedicated roles including specialist drug and alcohol outreach workers, a nurse prescriber, dual diagnosis coordinator, specialist women's worker and a community engagement. The service is co-located at the Routes off The Streets hub, as well as working peripatetically. The London Borough of Camden intends to award a contract to Via Care Ltd for a period of 12 months from April 2025.
