Ce marché a pour objet l’acquisition, l’installation et la mise en service d’un appareil de thermoréflectance doté d’un système de cartographie spatiale de l’échantillon. Il permettra de caractériser spatialement la diffusivité thermique de tous types de matériaux, en particulier de films minces inorganiques d’épaisseurs < 100 nm.
