Utilities Supplies and Services Framework

Description

The CPC are looking to put a framework in place that offers members a compliant route to market for their Utility requirements. We are looking to work with a single utilities expert to provide members with sound knowledge and advice on the options available to them as well as keeping them updated with the ever-volatile energy market conditions and ensuring they secure their contract in the best way at the right time to demonstrate VFM. The energy consultant must be able to provide a fully compliant route to market for end users looking to procure their gas and electricity. Lot 1: Any Framework Agreement resulting from this tendering process will be open to current and future Member Institutions of the CPC. CPC members are distributed across the UK. A list of members split by region can be found at Member Regions - Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) (thecpc.ac.uk) Future members of the CPC will be from the education sector, with details available at Get Information about Schools - GOV.UK (get-information-schools.service.gov.uk). This Framework Agreement is also open to Local Authorities that wish to join CPC when procuring on behalf of Educational Establishments.
