Der Landkreis Rotenburg (Wümme) beabsichtigt einen Auftrag über Gebäude- und Inventarversicherungen zu vergeben. Lot 1: Ausgeschrieben wird die Gebäude- und Inventarversicherung des Landkreises Rotenburg (Wümme). Die Geamtversicherungssumme für Gebäude beträgt EUR 338.547.600,00 und für die Inventar EUR 38.904.200,00. Die versicherten Gefahren sind für Gebäude, Feuer, Leitungswasser, Sturm/Hagel und im Inventarbereich zusätzlich Einbruchdiebstahl. Die erweiterte Elementarschadendeckung ist ebenfalls Gegenstand der Ausschreibung. Es sind Angebote ohne Selbstbehalt und alternativ mit einem Selbstbehalt in Höhe von EUR 2.000,00 (max. EUR 20.000,00 p.a.) zu unterbreiten. Die Selbstbehalte in der Elementarversicherung sind abweichend und können den Ausschreibungsunterlagen entnommen werden.
