Description

To provide cleaning services to Walsall College, West Midlands Lot 1: Walsall College is a state-of-the-art Further and Higher Education College in the West Midlands, providing Education for students ranging from 16-18 years old to older mature students. Students are multi-cultural. The Walsall College estate comprises 32,933 m2 of teaching and support space over 6 main campuses, all of which are located in the Borough, close to Walsall Town Centre. The College are seeking a cleaning provider to provide cleaning of a regular and routine nature is required, together with more specific periodical cleaning outside of the term-time operation. The contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years, commencing from 1st August 2024 with the option to extend this for up to a further 1 +1 years.
