Description

The system must be able to be used by all agencies in the health authorities (the contracting authorities) nationwide, and will cover the contracting authority's need for all types of temporary staff. Lot 1: The contracting authority would like to enter into an exclusive framework agreement for the provision of temporary staff services for the contracting authority's services and functions within administration (category A), warehouse work and logistics (category B), and health and welfare (category C). The need will primarily be for temporary staff assignments in Oslo. The contracting authority needs temporary staff for sickness, leave of absences, unforeseen and seasonal extraordinary tops in the workload, holidays, and for special ad-hoc assignments. The assignments will be of varying length. The extent is only an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority´s need can vary from year to year. The contracting authority can also need temporary staff for other job positions that what are listed in the description. The actual volume can vary based on changes in grants, activities and other framework terms. The start-up will be set in each call-off. The tenderer must reckon on a quick start-up in some cases.
