la présente consultation porte sur l'opération de réhabilitation lourde du bâtiment B (13 000 mètres carrés environ) pour accueillir le plateau des consultations, les hôpitaux de jour et la dialyse ainsi que la création d'un parc de stationnement de 420 places intégrant la démolition des bâtiments dans l'emprise du projet. Cette consultation fait suite à la construction, en cours de finalisation, du bâtiment neuf de Médecine, Chirurgie, Psychiatrie intégrant le plateau technique. Le maître d'oeuvre chargé de la réalisation de ce projet est le groupement constitué de AIA Architectes / aia Ingénierie / aia Environnement / AiaTerritoires / aia Management de projets et TPFI.
