NIE Networks wished to establish three frameworks of suitably qualified and experienced service providers who can provide training & development for the following areas: Lot 1 - Provision of Organisational Development Training Lot 2 - Provision of Executive Coaching. Lot 3 - Delivery of Accredited Leadership Development Programme The resulting frameworks are for both product delivery and service provision. In order to meet all of the organisational and personal development needs, NIE Networks now wishes to appoint suitably qualified and experienced training organisations (under three separate Framework Agreements), to provide a breadth of training and development services by working closely with the Human Resources team. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Provision of Organisational Development Training NIE Networks intended to place a panel of up to seven organisations on framework agreements for this Lot 1. It is envisaged to deliver programs to develop high potentials for future leadership roles, to equip Line and Middle Managers with management skills and best practice, develop performance management and coaching skills and also continue to develop the overall management toolkit. The framework for this lot will be awarded for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend (entirely at the discretion of NIE Networks) for up to a further 2 year period. Lot 2: Lot 2 – Provision of Executive Coaching NIE Networks intended to place a panel of up to twenty-five service providers on framework agreements for this Lot 2. Coaching aims to enhance the personal performance of individuals. It is specifically aimed at drawing out individual strengths and addressing aspects of individual style or capability that hold back an individual from performing at their peak. NIE Networks has a strong ethos of individual coaching and mentoring. Coaching is offered as part of an employee’s development with a focus on our talent pool, high potentials, managers and leaders The framework for this lot will be awarded for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend (entirely at the discretion of NIE Networks) for up to a further 2 year period. Lot 3: Lot 3 – Delivery of Accredited Leadership Development Programme NIE Networks intended to place a panel of up to three organisations on framework agreements for this Lot 3. NIE Networks recognises the value of completing an accredited training programme as part of an individual’s training and development to support the more practical elements of training. This would include for example courses accredited by Institute of Leadership Management, Chartered Managers Institute and others. The frameworks for this lot will be awarded for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend (entirely at the discretion of NIE Networks) for up to a further 2 year period.
