Beschaffung von acht Windenergieanlagen für das Projekt "Windpark Erftstadt" Lot 1: Die STAWAG Energie GmbH (SE) ist eine 100-prozentige Tochtergesellschaft der STAWAG Stadtwerke Aachen AG. Unternehmenszweck der SE ist die Projektierung und der Betrieb von regenerativen Energieerzeugungseinheiten, insbesondere von Windenergieanlagen (WEA). Die Windpark Erftstadt GmbH & Co. KG als 100-prozentige Tochtergesellschaft der STAWAG Energie GmbH, wird Betreiberin des Windparks Erftstadt sein und beabsichtigt in diesem Zusammenhang die Beschaffung der für die Realisierung dieses Windparks erforderlichen acht WEA in Form der Lieferung, Errichtung und Wartung dieser Anlagen. Für die betreffenden acht Anlagen liegt eine Genehmigung nach Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetz vor.
