Description
The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration, c/o the Norwegian Directorate of Labour and Welfare invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the delivery of a payment system for travel cards for work and educational travels. Persons with permanent travelling difficulties and who cannot travel to and from the place of work or education by public transport, can apply to the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (Norwegian: NAV) for benefits for work and education travels. The scheme involves transport by taxi to and from work or school. The scheme is national and is administered by NAV Tiltak Innlandet. Lot 1: NAV wants to enter into an agreement with a supplier who shall; establish the payment system, administer the system, issue and distribute travel cards (taxi cards) to users who have been granted support, settle with the taxis, report and invoice NAV monthly in accordance with consumption. Users must book the transport (taxi) themselves, and they choose which transporter they want to use. Users must use travel cards as payment, as well as pay a deductible per. travel. The supplier shall send the Contracting Authority reports. The contracting authority controls that the users have used the travel card in accordance with the decision. The supplier will be responsible for the transporter being paid for transport by the use of travel card.
