Udbuddet vedrører udbud af produkter til tandbehandling til de medlemskommuner af KomUdbud, som har forpligtet sig til at benytte den herved udbudte rammeaftale, jf. punkt 2 (herefter benævnt ordregiver). Udbuddet gennemføres som offentligt udbud, jf. Udbudsloven, lov nr. 1564 af 15/12/2015 , hvilket betyder, at enhver kan afgive tilbud. Udbuddet gennemføres som et sortimentsudbud jf. udbudslovens §45. Lot 1: Udbuddet vedrører indkøb af materialer til tandbehandling til ordregiver. Der udbydes 12 produktkategorier: Protetik, Engangsartikler til div. behandlinger, personlige værnemidler, Instrumenter, Sprøjter og spidser, Profylakse, Fyldninger mv., Rodbehandling, Røntgen og foto, Desinfektion og sterilisation (tilbehør autoklave), Legetøj samt Småudstyr. Rammeaftalens maksimale omsætning estimeres til 60.816.000 kr., jf. udbudsbetingelserne
