Den udbudte opgave omfatter levering af teknisk udstyr, rullende materiel og opvaskanlæg til hovedkøkken og etagekøkkener ved Nyt Odense Universitetshospital (Nyt OUH), og udbydes som en leverancekontrakt. Leverandøren er således ansvarlig for levering, installation, validering og idriftsættelse inklusiv alle fremføringer fra udstyret til tilslutningspunkt for de afsatte tekniske installationer på installationsstedet. Herudover omfatter kontrakten uddannelse af købers brugere i korrekt betjening og sikker anvendelse af udstyret, samt uddannelse af købers tekniske personale i vedligeholdelse af udstyret. Indgåelse af leverancekontrakten er under forudsætning af regionsrådets bevilling i september 2020. Delaftale 1 omfatter teknisk udstyr, rullende materiale samt opvask. Delaftale 2 omfatter hotfill med vejeanlæg og sealer, pakkemaskine.
