This tender is for supply and fitting of carpets and flooring in 70 properties Clyde Valley Let’s is now looking to appoint flooring contractor who can carry out works in properties over a planned three-year period. The amount of planned works each year are as follows: - 2024/25 – 44 homes – approx. 90 sqm of carpet per home (approx.) - 2025/26 – 16 homes (approx.) 90 sqm of carpet per home (approx.) - 2026/27 – 10 homes (approx.) 90 sqm of carpet per home (approx.)
