Website Redesign and Management for Active Sefton
Published
Description
For the Period 21st October 2024 to 20th October 2025 with 3 x 12 Month optional extensions. Active Sefton centres, services and programmes are looking to make significant improvements in its digital presence in order to drive changes in the way it engages with local communities, residents, customers and supporting us to make the Leisure department more commercially viable and able to take payment via our website instead of over the phone. We require the website to be fully accessible to all of our residents and users (meet all current regulations), improve functionality, be mobile optimised and to improve customer experience in order to support business growth. Making our website accessible means making sure it can be used by as many people as possible. This includes those with impaired vision, motor difficulties, cognitive impairments or learning disabilities, deafness, or impaired hearing. Accessibility means making our content and design clear and simple enough so that most people can use it without needing to adapt it, while supporting those who do. For example, someone with impaired vision might use a screen reader, braille display or screen magnifier. Or someone with motor difficulties might use a special mouse, speech recognition software or on-screen keyboard emulator. All of the websites used by the Active Sefton services and programmes have been updated and cleansed in preparation for us moving to one website. Keywords: Website Design, CRM, Website Management
