All responses to the Invitation to Tender should be submitted using the aforementioned tendering portal by 12:00 midday on Wednesday 19th August 2015. Hard copies or emailed responses will not be accepted. Following this date the evaluation panel will evaluate the responses to identify the tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous response. It is anticipated that the framework will be awarded in October 2015. All enquiries should be made via the tendering portal.
