32 controllers are required for the UHV system of SIS100 with - 3 channels to control and read out cold cathode gauges of type MKS 422; - 1 communiction module for Profibus (DPV1) All necessary documentation: CE certificate, operations manual including troubleshooting Lot 1: - 3 channels to control and read out cold cathode gauges of type MKS 422; - 937B-EU-CCCCCC-PF or equivalent; - Firmware version: 3.0.2
