Beschaffung von 5 Fahrzeugen für den Transport von Inhaftierten (Sonderfahrzeug für Gefangenentransporte) - Gefangenentransportwagen (GTW) - mit 6 Gefangenen-Transportplätzen Lot 1: Inhalt der Vergabe ist die Belieferung von 3 Justizvollzugsanstalten (Köln, Münster und Werl) in Nordrhein-Westfalen mit insgesamt 5 Kraftfahrzeugen zum Transport von bis zu sechs Gefangenen (Basis-GTW). Der Auftrag beinhaltet das Basisfahrzeug. Bei den im benannten Umfang zu beschaffenden Fahrzeugen soll es sich um handelsübliche Kombinationskraftfahrzeuge mit acht bis neun Sitzplätzen aus laufender Produktion (kein Lagerfahrzeug) handeln, die nach Auslieferung in justizeigenen Betrieben - durch zusätzliche Einbauten (Vergitterung) - zu Gefangenentransportwagen (GTW) ausgebaut werden sollen.
